The Musical preparations have already started for the spring musical. What has happened, and who was cast? The auditions for The Big Fish musical took place on Wednesday, the 3rd, and Thursday, the 4th. Here is a brief summary of the play: “Big Fish” tells the story of Edward Bloom, a man known for his tall tales, and his strained relationship with his son, Will. As Edward nears the end of his life, Will seeks to understand the truth behind his father’s fantastical stories and uncover a long-held family secret. There are many parts of this musical, and I interviewed Mr. Clark about it.

He replied, “ There were a lot of roles to audition for, such as Edward Bloom, Amos Calloway, etc.” When asked, What were you looking for in the people who auditioned? He replied, “When students audition, they are asked to show strong singing, dancing, and acting abilities when auditioning for leads. We also look at work ethic, attendance, discipline concerns, etc.”
When asked, who got what parts? He replied, “ Main Leads: Vincent York as Edward Bloom, Aleah Nobbs as Sandra Bloom, and Trent Toki as Will Bloom, Supporting: Katie Fure as Josephine, Dante Douthit as Karl, and Daniel Garcia as Amos, etc.” When asked, When do preparations for the musical start?
