     Are you planning on attending a 4-year college? 2-year? Or a trade school? Scholarships are available to anyone and everyone applying. Here at IKE, our College Success Foundation (CSF) is an amazing place to find scholarships. The class of 2026 has already earned over 3 MILLION dollars in scholarships, and that number is still growing!! More than 60 of our seniors here at IKE have earned individual scholarships. Some common scholarships include the Yakima Rotary Scholarship, the College Success Foundation, the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship, and many more. Scholarships will range from lower than 500 to over 20,000 dollars- which can really change your life situation or even make it easier because you would have to worry about less money coming out of your own pocket.

     While scholarships pay for your tuition, if you have extra money from them, you can put that money towards further things for school. Need specific books for a class? That extra money can be put towards them. 

     People aren’t limited to the number of scholarships they can apply for. It is RECOMMENDED that you lock down at least 3-4 good scholarships. Don’t wait until your senior year, weeks before you graduate. Please come to the CSF room in the cafeteria to see what you are eligible for or can work toward.
