Coming Up on ICC

ICC (Ike Campus Connection) is a program at Eisenhower High School that gives students an opportunity to socialize and collaborate at school. The purpose of this program is to inform the student body about events at Ike, usually through one fun video per month, with the help of Mr. Levitan.

The videos produced by ICC will be posted on the Ike Campus Connection’s YouTube channel and emailed to teachers to be shown during advisory class. Typically, they will showcase students talking about current or upcoming events and usually include skits and fun activities that involve interacting with fellow students here at Ike. If the month contains a holiday, the editing will acknowledge it with a fun, festive touch for viewers.

Joining the ICC can encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, develop healthy habits, and learn memorable life skills, while also giving you an opportunity to be heard and seen by the school as you help keep everyone informed about major events and opportunities at Ike.

If you are interested in taking a fun class that requires you to apply your creativity, we recommend considering the ICC program with Mr. Levitan. If ICC isn’t your thing, then Mr. Levitan also has the Ike Video Club.

The Ike Video Club meets every Tuesday at 2:50pm in room #420. Here, students have the opportunity to learn to use high-end video and audio equipment, as well as Adobe Premiere Pro software used to produce feature-length movies and TV shows. You will get access to a free Adobe Premiere Pro account as well as a subscription to the Storyblocks stock media website. Here, students will focus on applying their creativity in digital content creation and may even compete in SkillsUSA or Washington TSA (Technical Skills Association). If you are interested in this club, please visit room #420 or contact Mr. Levitan.
